The notion of conspiracy against the body by viral or other contaminants has a significant history - for instance in fluoridation fears. Epidemics such as AIDS, BSE, and Ebola have given this contemporary resonance, as have revelations about government radiation experiments, the Tuskegee scandal, germ warfare projects, and the case of Gulf War Syndrome. Likewise, visions of mind control, often prompted by the truth of CIA experiments such as MK-Ultra, have penetrated the conspiracy literature.   The US' official research and monitoring agency, based in Atlanta. Mission is to: "promote health and quality of life by preventing and controlling disease, injury, and disability." Well worth visiting for information on Ebola, etc.
• Leading Edge International Research Group
  Their mission: to "produce an evolutionary pattern of higher consciousness." Site has particular focus on health/toxicity/mind control issues, with a conspiratorial bent. Take a look at their amazing chronology of the last 2000 years of virus, control and manipulation.
